'Clean'

'The staff at here were rude and did not clean our room the entire week we were there. We had to ask for towels and bought tissue paper for the room. It smelled like mildew and smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Mildew was in the shower and the floors were dirty. A portable dehumidifier was in the room and we had to constantly empty it. Breakfast was the same every day, waffles and scrambled eggs. I do not recommend'

'The location was Perfect right on the waterfront. The room was clean and spacious our room looked out onto the waterfront Parking was Great and shaded The continental breakfast was lovely'

'The room was lovely. Very clean. I had a king studio with balcony. There was a keurig coffee maker with a few k cups provided. I loved the room. The breakfast was ok - I wouldn’t order the quiche again, but the lemon bread was great. The lobby had hot coffee and hot water, but no cold water to fill a refillable water bottle. Since I stayed at the end of June and it was hot, I was disappointed to fill my water bottle from the tap.'

'Upon check in.. we received a comment about lack of communication from Expedia's side towards hotel.. none the less.. our rooms were not ready at check nor were they ready until close to 7 pm!! Lack of communication from staff regarding who would bring linen/ towels. .. to our rooms... come to find out it was no one.. we had to go get our own.. we had stayed here previously a few yrs ago but was nothing like this... like the staff and lack of attentiveness or basic knowledge to give us as to...

'Rooms and halls were clean but had your typical beach ware and tear. The staff is where this locations shines! Very friendly and helpful!'
