Hotels met roomservice in Crystal Coast

'Our room was very well decorated -- more creative and tasteful than most hotel rooms. Our particular room did not smell good, though. Hopefully, it was an isolated problem. Room for improvement: I think they should include valet parking in the price of the room. Free parking is included, but it is down the street on the other side of the road from the hotel. As a customer, it would "feel" a whole lot better not to be caught off guard by that.'

'Loved the clean room, lovely balcony and the lookout area on the third floor.'

'Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. Helaas iets waar we pas achter kwamen nadat we ons hadden gesettled. Omdat we maar één nacht bleven hebben we dit door de vingers...

'Prima basis hotel met ontbijt'

'Parking was a little tight but everything else was good'

'Very pleasant.'

'Great location. Staff were wonderful. We felt like hotel staff were genuinely interested in making our stay a great one.'

'TV system was terrible….. TV wouldn’t work properly for most of our stay…. The tv in the bedroom area rarely worked and the channels were not the same as the one in the sitting area when it did function properly. Staff admitted there were problems but did not know how to help….. some channels were not available on the tv in the bedroom. TVs were out dated.'

'Great place for a few days due to the small size. Needs a small dinner table.'

'Very clean. All the amenities one might need and having a kitchenette was helpful. I have mobility issues and everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful. There are a couple tips I would like to leave. For others with mobility issues, the trek to the beach was arduous. I found easy access to the beach on 3rd Street in Emerald Isle which is not far away. There’s parking, a ramp, and a very short walk with no steps. And for the owners of Beacon, I would suggest leaving instructions for the air...

'It’s nostalgic to me as we went there when I was a child and later took my kids there when they were small. The place looks almost exactly like it did 25 years ago. Some extra wood nailed in here and there to make it safe to walk. Lots of areas where one could easily trip. One problem; they said they were no longer dealing with Expedia and charged me extra for taxes they say Expedia didn’t collect. I want to look into this because it seems “fishy” to me.'

'The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Loved the step in shower! You need to bring drinks and snacks due to very limited vending done near the front desk. Also, no breakfast is served but Dunkin Donuts is right next door! Nice place to stay. Pet friendly.'
