'Room could use some work showing wear and tear much. A/C barely worked, bed uncomfortable, used to be a beautiful immaculate place. Restaurant also not good anymore sadly, food and service both terrible. Location stunning. Needs management to be supervising more it seems as service is poor. 'Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. 'Wonderful location, amazing staff (especially front desk and the beach umbrella boy). The beach is beautiful and the beachside cantina came in so handy for drinks and lunch! Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and I was very impressed with the offerings of actual fresh berries! Overall a great hotel to enjoy Atlantic Beach. 'The king suite was very clean! The only thing I would say would be to leave 4 big towels instead of just 2. Not a huge deal though because the staff is super helpful and very friendly. Will give you anything when asked. They go above and beyond for you! Great job to the staff and whoever is running this hotel in Swansboro 👏👏 Honestly the best hotel stay we have ever had!'
