'Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. Helaas iets waar we pas achter kwamen nadat we ons hadden gesettled. Omdat we maar één nacht bleven hebben we dit door de vingers...

'Crystal coast may have some of the best beach access and best values in Emerald Isle, but what really elevated this stay to the next level was the above-and-beyond customer service that this incredible staff went through for us. After a lovely stay, my daughter accidentally left behind a precious stuffed animal that she'd slept with since she was an infant. When it became clear that we'd arrived in Virginia without it, we called the hotel, and their response was incredible. A multi-day search...
