Perched on a hillside in Playa Pelada, this brand-new villa sits up in the treetops, with an infinity pool that seems to spill into the jungle canopy. Being up high brings a steady breeze, howler monkeys pass through daily, and the top deck has a peek of the ocean. Four bedrooms (two kings, a queen and a twin room), 3.5 baths, a private guest house and a chef's kitchen make it ideal for families and groups of up to 9, just minutes from Playa Pelada and Guiones.

THE SPACE
The heart of the villa is the infinity pool, edged by a covered terrace with lounge seating and framed by jungle on every side. Upstairs, the top deck has a pergola and views across the canopy with a glimpse of the ocean, and the balconies have a daybed and a hanging swing bed for slow afternoons. Inside, the living room opens through floor-to-ceiling windows to the pool. The chef's kitchen has arched windows, a stone island, open shelving and an espresso machine, with a dining table for the whole group. Bedrooms: two with king beds, one with a queen and one with two single beds. Bathrooms are each one of a kind, including a green-tiled shower that looks out to the trees and a stone soaking tub open to the breeze. There's also a private office for remote work, air conditioning and a washer and dryer.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the entire villa to yourselves: the house, private guest house, infinity pool, terraces and top deck are all for your group only. Our concierge partner, Todo Nosara, can arrange vehicle rentals, private chefs, grocery stocking, surf lessons, massages and more before or during your stay.

GOOD TO KNOW
The villa is reached by a rough dirt road, so we recommend renting an ATV, UTV, golf cart, e-bike or car (Todo Nosara can deliver one to the house), or using local tuk tuks. You're living in the jungle here: expect howler monkeys at dawn, birds, geckos and the occasional insect. It's all part of the magic.
