No construction or noise pollution. The sounds you'll hear are the wind, the waves and nature - or the sounds of your own as the house is creatively focusedw and outfitted with several instruments. The primary space is founded on a 40 foot air-conditioned container, with expansive oceanfront and landscape views.

With five sliding glass doors, robust 9'6" ceilings and a large teak terrace running the full length if the unit, the home feels very open and has a great flow. The second bedroom doubles as a music room housing two guitars, a ukulele and electric keyboard and more as well as a collection of other useful or fun amenities such as a yoga mat, hammocks and games.

The second container is open air, outfitted with electrical outlets and serves as a multi-use studio or activity space.

There is a bodega that houses a high quality washing machine. There are conveniently located lines to dry laundry.

Beach access - Its a moderately careful walk down the hill out front to your own secluded beach directly in front of the property. Walk to the north during lower tide for a great place to swim or snorkel and entry to surf the point.

There are multiple food options, heading north or south 20 minutes or less away.
