Once it ran out I put something against the doors to keep it from coming in. I guess for the price you get what you get. I guess I’m just paying for the room itself and not the amenities. 'The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out.'

The windows were open and there were ashes in the window sill. We assumed it was the cleaning staff but the room stank and we didn't want to be blamed. They moved us to a new room.
