Great location, (mega modern mall beside it and hop on hop off bus next door as well) new building, super charming staff, excellent spacious rooms - all with a stunning view, comfy beds and fine linen - pool & gym on 18th floor also with amazing view, self service washing machines, great breakfast and delicious food in restaurant in evening (unusual in hotels I find!). Price/quality ratio very good. If I read this review I would think it was too good to be true but...

Service was prima maar de taxi voor naar het vliegveld was er niet op de afgesproken tijd, na 20 minuten wachten hebben we een normale taxi aangehouden.'

'Ola Santiago was a terrific Choice for us when we were in Santiago for three days. The location is in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe as Americans the entire time. We felt it was very easy to get around. Ubers were about five dollars anywhere you wanted to go in Santiago. After staying in other hotels on our vacation, Ola Santiago proved to have a terrific breakfast. The room we chose was a bit small, but that was our pick. Make sure you pick a room that’s big enough for your family...
