'I received no information from the host about accessing the rental. The two phone numbers on the listing do not connect to the host. Thankfully a neighbour had the host's number or we may not have gotten in! The staircase to the apt. is treacherous and the place had a musty odour. There was black mold in the closets and only bottom sheets on the beds. There was no page of information for the unit.The airconditioning worked well, as did the shower head. '

'The cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenage boys). Everything in the listing was spot on — the property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable 7-day stay. 'The property has everything you need and the host does everything to make your stay as welcoming as possible. You have to be aware the parking is tight but with cooperation from the neighbouring cottage and yourself it works fine. 'This unit isn’t anything special; cheaply renovated, poorly decorated, oddly shaped. The toilets are sensitive, so we were instructed to not flush toilet paper and the shower didn’t drain properly. 'This place is a wonderful suburban jewel, located in a area of new construction, and is easily accessed from Highway 11. We were in town for a concert at Casino Rama and it was only a short drive between.
