'The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

'Check in was a complete nightmare, hotel front desk was in a different building then advertised Front desk was no help unless u beg them to help. Never would I recommend this place Stay away. Room is dirty , hotel is in a dirty part of town. '

'Location is walkable to Kelvin Town. Limited free parking is available on site. We stayed on the ground floor which is not too safe if the window is open. Passerbys kept looking into our apartment, and they can climb into our unit through the open window. Toilet and kitchen facilities are good. Bed is comfortable. Location is not bad. Front counter lady juggles a lot of work by herself. '

'We loved this flat. Beautiful view from large windows, nice to have the windows open for fresh air. The living room area was spacious and leads to kitchen, this was our gathering space for night caps. The beds were so comfortable as well. Central location to walk to most places, or grab an uber. Downstairs were many restaurants and near by grocery store that were convenient. I highly recommend this place especially for a large group of travelers. '

'This was such a cute little room. We were on the top floor with skylights. The amount of natural light in the apartment was awesome. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and having a kitchen was great. It is centrally located with a subway station right outside your door (literally). There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing is that businesses close pretty early in this area which gives way to Enoch square feeling a little bit unsavory.'

'VR Apartments are very well located in Southside Glasgow. My wife and I were over for her to have a surgery and short recovery, 5 day stay. We found the flat to be quite small, we are both quite tall people so would likely not book again based on this alone. The flat would suit someone of a shorter height or individual booking better. The hosts are incredibly responsive via text message, they were accomodating of an early check in for us which was greatly appreciated. There was a security mishap...

'We loved the place: beautiful building in a quiet part of town but close to the city centre. The apartment was comfortable and well laid out. The furniture and the color scheme of the rooms were great and the pink walls in the communal stairwell put a smile on our faces coming in and going out. I would move in if the commute were better.'

"Goed hotel met een ruime kamer. Ontbijt was goed, zitgedeelte leuk aangekleed gebaseerd op muziek. Enige nadeel was dat er aantal biertjes wat op de kaart stond niet meer aanwezig was en dat er geen koelkastje op de kamer was. Verder was ons verblijf gewoon prima met ov op loopafstand."

"The hotel was very good. I thought the price of drinks was high and pricey. The room was clean and tidy. We had a great view and great time. The restaurant and lounge bar were loud but it felt good though. The building is beautiful and the room that we had was good and sufficient. Overall it was a nice hotel to stay."
