'I had a 6 day stay and housekeeping never came to my room. The font desk staff was friendly. However I requested housekeeping on 2 separate occasions yet no one came to clean my room '

'Hotel Tonnelle is beautiful with a great staff. The St. Charles street car is steps away from the entrance. We had a beautiful room on the 7th floor facing the street. The only complaint I have is the noise from other guests seemed loud from inside our room. Lots of banging and moving about throughout the night. On one night a group of teenage girls were running up and down the halls playing and screaming. We called the front desk and they took care of it. Overall I would stay again. '

'The room had a decent size. The shower was horrible, absolutely no water pressure at all. The breakfast was okish. Powdered scrambled eggs are not my fav. The pool was nice and fairly clean. The gym desperately needs an update Valet parking was a joke '

'The room was pretty dirty. The mattress was really gross. There was a broken lightbulb. Rusty, chipping metal around the sink. The shower head barely worked. It was the less expensive option for a reason. '

'I went for my 5 year anniversary and I can say that we loved our stay. The staff always made sure we were well accommodated from the moment before we arrived to the inn until the very last day. The energy and vibes were amazing and relaxing. It exceded my expectations. The food and restaurants facilities were also wonderful.'

'My husband and I had such a great experience staying at the Virgin Hotel in New Orleans! The hotel was incredibly clean, which is always a top priority for me. I also loved the location. It’s in a perfect area that isn’t overly crowded, yet still within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants and popular spots. The staff was attentive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the hotel itself is absolutely adorable with so many cute photo opportunities...

'Nice rooftop pool area and restaurant. Good space in the room/apartment, with a full kitchen. Bedroom had no window and was dark due to the layout of the building (a warehouse conversion). Carpet in the hallways was quite stained.'
