'The property was perfect for my visit with family nearby. Beds were comfortable and loved the extra blankets. The kitchen had plenty of counter space as well as pots and pans. Nice touch with the provided coffee and tea. The open living/dining/kitchen this small house felt much larger. The weather was cold & windy. I really enjoyed the attached garage. Nice quiet neighborhood. I visit Fremont at least twice a year. I will certainly rent this property again.'

'We stayed at Heron’s Perch for my son’s birthday weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly quiet, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredible, with excellent communication from start to finish, which made everything so easy. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome.
