Hier op Ponderosa Place bieden we prachtige hutten in een rustige woonwijk van Custer, maar toch slechts 2 blokken van het centrum !. Als u op zoek bent naar een betaalbaar, schoon, comfortabel, dicht bij alles, ingerichte hut met een keuken, dan bent u hier aan het juiste adres!

Al onze hutten hebben hardhouten vloeren, gewelfde plafonds in de woonkamer, echte balken, een eigen badkamer, een volledige keuken en een eethoek. Deze hut is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Er is een queensize bed in de slaapkamer en in de woonkamer is een futon voor de extra gasten. Onderdak is volledig ingericht met linnengoed, beddengoed, borden, potten en pannen, koffiezetapparaat (inclusief koffie), broodrooster, magnetron en koelkastje. Geniet van je avond buiten en kook op je eigen houtskoolgrill net buiten de cabine. Cabine biedt kabel-tv, dvd-speler, Wi-Fi, airconditioning en verwarming van de koof, zodat u zich er zeker thuis zult voelen.

Onze woning beschikt over een grote voortuin met pic-nic tafels en ruimte om te dwalen en spelen. Of ontspan in onze gemeenschappelijke achtertuin met vuurplaats, zitplaatsen en houten schommels die zich allemaal onder onze wilg bevinden.

We enjoyed our stay in Custer. The cabin was close to town and we enjoyed sitting outside in the patio. We met people at the fire pit from the other cabins on the property. The cabin was clean and cozy and we liked all the amenities . Especially the 3 ring binder with recommendations for restaurants. Custer was the best place to eat, the restaurants served delicious food in a laid back atmosphere . We would definitely stay there again on the next road trip.

South Dakota vacation

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed. We stayed two nights since it was close to Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, and Crazy Horse. I definitely would recommend this place.

Nice property but below advertised expectations. And way below quality for price paid. Positives: Very clean. Comfortable. Owners easy to contact and helpful. Very quiet. Great location. Negatives; Check in procedure difficult and poorly communicated. Room had very poor lighting and not very good heating and air. Refrigerator very small. Couch/futon very uncomfortable. Honestly is good room but over priced. If you can get this at the right price i would recommend.

Cozy stay in a great location!

The cabin had more amenities than we needed. The bed and futon were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and everything worked well! The location was within easy walking distance of downtown and driving distance of all the places we wanted to visit like Custer State Park and Black Elk Peak. There was a grocery store practically in the back yard.

Convenient and cozy!

We really enjoyed our three nights in the trout cabin. Everything was very clean, the grocery store was convenient to access, we loved the bed, the patio was great, and having cable was a nice touch these days when typically it's just the Roku. We met lovely neighbors next door and enjoyed talking with them outside around the fire. Custer was a great central location! I'd stay here again and recommend it to others!

Kitchen had everything needed and a few extras but lighting was weak there and in living space. Futon couch could be more comfortable. Bedroom was great with lots of room and storage. Outside was really nice with table and comfortable chairs and umbrella. Parking was very convenient. Loved location close to restaurants and shops but residential. Had three young deer in yard one evening.

Cabin check in was easy, clean and very good location, timely communication with host. We could hear people in adjoining cabin but all was quiet by 10:30 pm. 2 adults fit nicely, more would be tight unless small children.

A Wonderful Stay!

We loved our weeklong stay at Ponderosa Place, so much so that we've already rebooked for next year. This is an ideal location - close enough to walk to downtown restaurants but far enough away for a quiet night's rest. (Bonus: no light pollution in this quiet neighborhood - the stars are brilliant at night!) Our cabin was quite comfortable and well appointed. I appreciated that there was a hair blowdryer in the bathroom. My husband and I both appreciated the coffeemaker and Folgers coffee each morning. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sunshine. We locked up our bikes to the 'hitching post' out front - quite convenient. Crystal is a gem! She helped us check in early and explore other cabin options for next year's stay. This is a five star stay; you won't find a better place in Custer.
