The recently built property is an interesting architectural structure on floors leading downwards. The living area on the ground floor includes a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From here a staircase leads to a lower floor with three cosy bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The elegant interior, equipped with all modern comforts and conveniences, blends in perfectly with the well-kept exterior with a magnificent swimming pool, spacious sunny terraces with dining area and barbecue, framed by a little garden. Afrodite is also the perfect base for exploring the wonders of western Sicily: from the nearby nature reserves of Monte Cofano and Lo Zingaro, to the medieval village of Erice, the historic centre of Trapani, the impressive temple of Segesta, the white salt pans of Marsala and the Egadi archipelago.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
