'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores.

'I had a reservatiion for this hotel to go to Glacier NP; with the wildfires going on and the park party closed and the terrible airqualty they were not willing to cancel the reservation. The hotel at the other end of the park did not hesitate a second and canceld the reservation. NEVER a Comfort Inn again!!'

We were picked up from the train station, they got us firewood so we could have a fire, more coffee whenever we asked.

'Unique old barracks turned into cabins. They are old but have so much character! Awesome location where you can sit outside and visit around a firepit. Don't expect luxury, that's not what it is, but it's clean, safe, quiet and one of a kind.'

'The location to the East Park Entrance was wonderful. The property manager that checked us in was very nice & helpful. The issue we had was the hot water heater only worked half of the time. So just warm or cool showers were often.'

'Family stayed here while on the east side of Glacier. Hotel was great for what it is. There is not a lot of options once outside the park. The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere but the rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. We would stay here again. '
