'This hotel is a glimpse into the past grandure of NOLA. Service is top notch old world style. Criollo, the restaurant, is excellent, and the bars, both of them, fun with attentive staff. Everyone from the house keepers to the doorman is friendly and polite. Also the SPA has one of the best masseuses, Bridget, that I've ever had. And to top it off, the location is excellent. To truly get the NOLA experience I can't rate it high enough. '
