'Manu is a very friendly and helpful host! The flat is located in a close, so I was a bit concerned about safety at first, but seeing local children playing safely in the square right in front made me feel completely at ease. Unlike the city centre, it’s not an area packed with restaurants, but there are pubs and convenience stores nearby, so even if you don't cook every day, you’ll easily manage without any problem. I really enjoyed my stay.'

'It was not great the first day, the carpet was so dirty and it just bought the general feeling down. However I noticed that the next day when I returned to flat, the flat had been cleaned and it felt a little better. The hallway to the apartment was dirty too. It's situated approx 7 mins away from town in one direction, so you can leave the car on the drive, (a major plus) and 10 mins walk away from the woods in the other: ideal for an early morning, or any time dog walk! There's a hose in the garden for dirty boots and dogs and the back gate locks for security. Heating was easy to adjust and the fire worked beautifully. "We found this to be a particularly pleasant hotel. The room was tidy, and everything looked well maintained and fairly new. It was also very clean. The hotel is located slightly outside the city centre, but there is a busstop in front of the hotel with plenty of buses. You can reach Oxford city centre by bus in about 10 minutes. The distance is also walkable. The only notable downside is that parking costs as much as £25 per night, even though you simply park on the hotel premises. So, if you are travelling by car, you should take this additional expense into account. That said, there is ample parking available, including two parking spaces equipped with charging points for electric vehicles."
