'Zefi Hotel is located close to the center and offers all facilities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It offers everything you need both from a facilities and service side. The pool is nice too. Only two towels for a short period of time is something I would change, but understandable given the environment and it being an island. Thanks for having me!'

'Heerlijke accomodatie, rustig gelegen, met een zoutwater zwembad. Kamer schoon en verzorgd.Op loopafstand van het strand. De shuttlebus gaat op geregelde tijden naar Fira. Of een auto huren. Geen restaurant of terras op loopafstand, maar dat is de keuze die je maakt.'

'Ons verblijf was uitstekend! Vooral de service was goed. Bijna alle activiteiten werden voor ons geregeld via het hotel. In de avond konden we gezellig een cocktail drinken bij het zwembad en lekker kletsen met het personeel. '

'My daughter and I stayed at Nikos Villas for a week in July 2025. It was just perfect. The location is close enough to easily walk to the center of Oia within 10 minutes; however, it is far enough out that it is in quiet surroundings. The villa was clean and well-maintained. The A/C worked well; however, we kept the windows and doors open to enjoy the breezes. The pool area was clean and well-kept. The pool menu and drinks were great, thanks much to Georgia and Maria! And the front desk...

'We had a wonderful week at San Nectar Luxury Villas as a family of four (two adults and two children aged 8 and 12). The villa was stylish, clean, and very comfortable — and the private pool was a big hit with both kids and adults. One of the highlights was the amazing view, especially the sunrise. The location is quiet and peaceful, just a short 3-minute walk to the beach and about 8-15 minutes by car to the main towns (Fira, Oia and Imerovigli) with restaurants and shops. And a 10 minutes...

'We loved our room and the incredible views. The area is perfectly situated walking distance to Fia. The service was amazing! Such great and friendly service. The owner herself stopped by to check in on us. The ladies at the front desk super friendly and helpful, as was the bell boy. Breakfast each morning was definitely worth it! Lots of great food each morning brought to your room, or shared terrace area. The pool was a little cold but it’s refreshing during the day, the inside pool was not...

'Heel plezierig familiehotel, prachtig gelegen aan zee op 10 minuten rijden van het stadje Paroikia. Wij hadden een appartement in een losstaande bungalow met zitkamer, slaapkamer, keuken en terras, alles heel schoon. De staf is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Klein minpunt: de ligging van het zwembad dat ik niet midden in het complex geplaatst zou hebben, maar dat is persoonlijk. Prachtig authentiek strand op vijf minuten lopen. Uitgebreid ontbijt.'
