Hotel name not written anywhere and raise suspicion on how hotel is being run. For the high price I paid for the room, it's not worth at all. Only plus being close to the airport.'

'Indira International IN is one of the terrible hotel I have ever experienced in my life. The hotel price was expensive (5500 rupees/night). The room was so simple, dirty, bathroom was stinking like anything. No hot water in bathroom. No heating provided during our stay (February). We could not sleep whole night because of cold. However, the price per night was high and not worthless. I will give 2/10 ratting for this service. I will not recommend for others. '

"Ontzettend mooi hotel, waar het personeel ook heel vriendelijk is. Gedurende het Holi Phagwa feest hebben zij voor alle gasten een heel mooi evenement opgezet. Verder is het heel veilig om daar te verblijven, kan het iedereen aanraden."

Extremely Unprofessional Service

"I recently stayed at Poolman in Aerocity, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel had given away my reserved room to someone else, likely because they can sell it against a higher price. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a guest, I expect my reservation to be honored, especially when it was confirmed well in advance. The staff showed no genuine concern or effort to resolve the situation, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated. This incident reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and integrity. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value reliable and respectful service. Avoid this place at all costs. "

Disappointing Experience – Overpriced and

" I recently stayed at this hotel, and I regret to say it was far below expectations. The property is in poor condition, with outdated facilities and a general lack of maintenance. The rooms had a musty smell, making the stay unpleasant. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the assumption that there would be a gym, but to my surprise, there wasn’t one available. For the price charged, I expected much better amenities and services. In fact, European Ibis hotels are significantly cheaper and in far better condition compared to this property. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for value or comfort. "
