The renovations are beautiful, I was place on a new renovated room and its was amazing. Everything look so elegance and clean. The staff was extremely friendly, and it was an amazing and relax experience.

Under renovation so it was dirty. Our room while newly renovated was nothing special. Room was next to elevators so it was very loud. In the Health club/gym most machines which were few didn’t work. Would not stay again.

Breakfast was quite nice. Good coffee is always welcome, lol! The hotel is currently doing some renovations so there was some noise and dirt DURING THE DAY as one would expect. The hotel is close to downtown which is what I needed for the business I needed to handle. I woul stay here again.

The property was under renovation and room had odor of either setting materials for wall covering or paint or adhesive for carpeting in hallways. I didn't understand the carpeting in the room being under the King bed instead of on the floor, in front of the bed, which just seemed out of place.

Hello Mr. John, We thank you very much for your review. We are so happy to see that we were able in exceeding your expectations for cleanliness, amenities and services from our staff members. We like to go above and beyond for our guests. And that is the reason why we are spending money in renovations. You mentioned that there was carpet under the king size bed and in room there was a LVT tiles. But actually, that is the design requirement by Hilton brand, so we have to follow. LVT tiles are best to keep previous stay odor out and that helps a lot in keeping a place very clean, which you liked. If you have any more concerns, then please call to the hotel, we will be so happy to explain in details. Once again, thank you very much for you stay and review. Hope to see you soon again.

The elevator is too loud. (Turn the sound off or at least down several levels.)There needs to be more insulation as you can hear everything from kids running and screaming to the elevator ding every other second. There is also a train in close proximity. They definitely should have spent more renovation dollars on making it sound proof.

Simple room but fills the need
Currently under renovation but we stayed in a new room. Very nice, simple but adequate. All staff were wonderful as was the included breakfast. Dining area kept spotless and food refilled perfectly. I’m sure it will be great (and more quiet) when the renovation is complete.

The property was close to a few eating options and close to the major roads. The staff were amazing from the night person to the morning. The lady that sets the breakfast was a sweetheart. Will visit again!

Will be better wen remodeling is complete.
This hotel is under construction, so loud banging all day long. The service people used the same elevator. I wish I knew before I booked a nonrefundable stay. The breakfast was servicable to good. They had coffee and tea all day long, which I appreciated because it was cold when I stayed.

There was a group of us staying for a family wedding nearby.. Major renovations were being done in the property, which may or may not have contributed to our dissatisfaction. No working wi-fi, some of us had unworking tvs, One of our party had to wait for over an hour for their room, there was construction being done throughout the hotel which was very unappealing and possibly unsafe. and it was not inexpensive. If renovations caused all these issues, then the property should have been shut down for repairs, and also we should have been informed. I hope you address these issues so you can improve.

The front desk clerk was not helpful and rude. She was on her personal phone discussing personal family matters instead of checking her computer for my reservation. She purposely had myself and my guest wait about an hour to check in. This hotel is clean but the staff are rude. Prepare youself

The bed was absolutely not sleepable. It was the most horrible excuse for a bed that I literally sleep in the office chair. The occasional chair was so dirty I forbid anyone to touch it, The carpet was filthy.
