  • Welcome to Lake Happy, a beautiful, newer waterfront home situated on a scenic point with approximately 200 feet of shoreline. This stunning lakefront property offers deep, year-round water and a huge private dock, perfect for accommodating multiple boats and enjoying everything the lake has to offer.

    Designed for comfort and space, the home spans two floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It features 4 bedrooms, including those with queen-size beds, 1 with a king-size bed, plus a bunk room with 4 additional beds, ideal for families or groups. The home offers 3.5 bathrooms: 2 with shower/tub combinations and 1 with a walk-in shower, ensuring convenience for everyone.

    The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a private entrance. Guests can relax on the private balcony overlooking the garden or enjoy modern amenities such as air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.

    Conveniently located just a short drive from Auburn, you’ll find several restaurants nearby and a golf course just around the corner, making this the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment.

    Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please note that only pets weighing up to 25 pounds are allowed, and aggressive breeds are not permitted.

Excellent house right on the lake! It was so spacious and clean. Very easy to rent and stay! Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home and beautiful views on the water. Secluded quiet cul-de-sac. You'll need to drive to local points of interest. Lots of room for extended family vacation.

Waterfront home was absolutely beautiful. Hosts was responsive. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice to have Kayaks available. Towel and sheet turnover process could be streamlined. More seating in the living room would be ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

The house was really nice, the only issue we had was the parking at the house can only fit 3 cars. But there is an overflow lot 1/4 mile down the road. There are 4 bedrooms plus the bunk bed area.

Home was as advertised and beautiful! Layout is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The water view and porch is gorgeous! Property is close to restaurants, by boat and car, as well grocery stores. The only draw back was parking. There is room for 3 vehicles; however we had family and friends come by for the day and has to shuttle them back and forth from an additional parking area down the road.
