I went a several times to the reception to complain about the tons of dust in my room. But the didn’t do a thing or apologized (which is free). During the check out, the guy didn’t asked me how my stay was which is bad. Or don’t they care? So I told the guy that I wasn’t happy!! At all and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone, this because of the staff!...

'Check-in good with helpful staff; for some reason Expedia booking had become twin beds while we wanted a double. The offer of a 'king room' (cheapish with no windows at all!) we rejected and then got a free upgrade to a bigger room type with double bed. Room excellent and large, good wifi, great dinner and breakfast. However both restaurant and laundry service (okay 4-hour service) charge at least 2-3 x as much as 4-star hotels elsewhere in India, hence beware the hidden costs,'

'Nice Old Style decoration. As you see in the pictures, but you can also see the cracks in the bathroom marmer, it is just old! Nice Nightclub on the roof. Too bad our room was 2 floors down and you could really hear the beats when trying to go to sleep. Everything is very expensive, 8,- euro for a glass of coca-cole is absurd in a country where that normally costs 0,80 euro. price/value wise it was just not worth it.'

Gebruik gemaakt van chauffeur via hotel voor een sightseeingtour. Daarbij ook naar div. winkeltjes. Dat beviel me niet zo. Dan kan je ook gewoon gebruik maken van een eigen taxi. Is goedkoper.'
