'インスパイアアリーナでのライブに参加した際に大人2人で宿泊しました。
ライブ終了後にすぐに部屋で休めるのが最高でした。
部屋がとても広くて、色々な設備も充実していた。
日本語対応とありましたが
気になった点は、
・コンビニが2箇所しかなく、ホテルエリア近くのお店は22:00に閉まってしまうので、夜遅くに欲しいものがあっても少し離れた場所まで行かなければならず、少々不便だった。
・エレベーターが4基しかないので、イベント終了後に人が集中し、長めの乗り待ち時間が発生した。
・部屋着がバスローブのみだったので使わずに終わった。出来れば部屋着として使える物が欲しかった。
・冷蔵庫？とも思われるものがありましたが全く冷えておらず、入れていた飲み屋は翌朝常温状態だった。

'We booked the Grand Hyatt Incheon for a comfortable night before our flight home, and it was the perfect choice. The location is excellent, just a quick 5-minute cab ride from the airport (we came from Seoul).
The service was friendly and helpful — attentive without being pushy, and very considerate of personal needs. Since our check-in was a bit later, the bars were already closed, but we tried the main buffet instead. The food selection was extensive and everything we tried was delicious...

4명이서 놀러 갔는데 6명도 2가족도 가능할 크기에..산책로.사우나.수영장.아이스링크까지.

'The staffs were so kind and amazing. They truly went above and beyond with amazing service. The room was so cozy with great amenities and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. We will definitely come back when I visit Korea. '

'The Rolling Hills symbolizes luxury from the past, but fails to adapt to modern times. The hotel staff obeys to strict protocol of impeccable service, but to an extend that makes it very impersonal. The rooms are spacious, but lack simple things like phone chargers or even power sockets near the bed. The light switches are on the wall, which doesn't help either. The dining places in the hotel are pricey but decent, but close already round 9pm which is a bit early after a longer day of work. Same...
