The apartment features a separate bedroom and sleeps up to four people. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180 x 180 cm), while the living area includes a sofa bed (180 x 180 cm). This makes the apartment ideal for couples, small families, or anyone who appreciates comfort and modern amenities. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a dining area, and digital TV. An additional television is available in the bedroom.

The open-plan kitchen blends seamlessly into the living space and boasts modern appliances including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. A starter kit makes self-catering easy upon arrival, allowing you to feel right at home.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. A full-length mirror is also provided. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building.

For added comfort, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and privacy screens on all windows. The apartment is non-smoking, but pets are welcome. Children are welcome, while groups of young people are not permitted.
