The ample, covered front porch is a great space to enjoy a morning coffee, and the firepit in the fenced-in backyard is a great place to finish the day. With almost half an acre of fenced area, it's a great place for your dogs or kids to play, and the yard also includes a horseshoe pit and kennel with attached dog cabin.

Property Notes:
- The fenced-in yard is a combination wood and wire fence (the wire is hard to see in the photos), but the fence will hold your dog.
- This house is on a one acre lot in a small subdivision.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $70 plus tax for the first dog, and $70 plus tax for each additional dog. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
• There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
• We do not provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased at any local gas station or grocery store.
• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a propane and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
