Private Cabin by the Creek

  • Come relax in our spacious cabin situated on 3 park-like acres, including hundreds of feet of babbling creek. Very peaceful and secluded feeling, yet only minutes to popular wineries, hiking trails, and downtown Dahlonega.

    The 2-story cabin has 3 bedrooms, each with Queen sized beds, as well as a loft area with couch and 2 Twin beds. There are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor of the house. Large front porch overlooking the 3 acres, and back porch seating and grilling area.

Memorial Day Stay

We had a great stay at this cabin over Memorial Day weekend. It was very quiet and secluded while also not being far away from town or other things to do. We took a quick drive up to Lake Winfield Scott in Suches for some fishing and a peaceful afternoon. The cabin had everything we needed and we loved our stay here!

This cabin is a gem! So cozily decorated and equipped with everything you need. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen had all the essentials. If you like being away from the hustle and bustle of life, this is the place to stay (but also only 10 mins from most stores). The outdoor space was nicely equipped w/games, and the firepit was definitely the highlight for us. Even in cold temps, we spent most of our time outdoors, sitting comfortably around the warm fire or playing various yard games. 10/10 would visit again! And Brian was always quick to respond. Hidden treasure!

This cabin was a wonderful place to stay. The decor was beautiful and the location was perfect. We enjoyed all the outside activities and it was a great place for the kids to explore. There is no hot tub or jetted/spa tub as listed on the amenities but that did not take away from all the other great things the property offered. Amazing place!

Treasure of a find

This cabin is located within 15 minutes of downtown Dahlonega. The cabin has a great lot with a creek running through the front of it. There is a fire pit outside as well as a lot of seating outside and a table to eat out back if needed. The three bedrooms were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms very nice. The loft space had two twin beds that the kids loved. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area!

Beautiful and spacious property! Very affordable and completely stocked! We had absolutely everything we could need here and everything was so clean! The only concern we could possibly note would be that the hot water did run out very quickly in the upstairs bathtub and there was alot of broken glass in the yard so we had to be sure our littles had shoes on the whole time. But overall this place was great! Will be going back!

Wonderful stay at the cabin

We had the pleasure of staying at the private cabin for two nights and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The property was exactly as described in the listing—it was spacious, well-maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our stay while attending a wedding and family hiking trips. Communication with the host was excellent. Brian was very responsive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, this was a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Dahlonega. We hope to come back in the future!
