Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea... The beautiful sandy beach in Dahme is just a 5-minute walk away!

Your vacation home on the 3rd floor of the Berolina building accommodates up to 5 people:
- Living room/bedroom with a cozy chaise longue—a sleeper sofa for one person,
an armchair with a footstool, TV, and direct access to the furnished balcony
- Sleeping area separated from the living room with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a closet
- Separate bedroom with a sleeper sofa (140x190 cm)
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area
- Modern bathroom with a shower, completed in spring 2025

Swimming in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; use restricted to guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage and easily reach your apartment by elevator.

Washing machines and dryers (coin-operated) for shared use are located on floors 1 through 4.

You’re welcome to bring your dog along for a fee!

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

Additional amenities:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bike storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) on each floor from 1 through 4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
