Michelle was a big help when we checked in. After that the service was awful. Fire alarm in the middle of the night and told to wait until the desk person wasn't busy to get it turned off. Took over an hour. Remote for TV didn't work but no batteries could be found all weekend. They did allow my family to gather in the breakfast area to visit which was great. The hallways smelled like weed. The breakfast was good and fresh.

Staff was polite and responded appropriately to all questions. If you needed anything they got it right away. House keeping was amazing also. Anything you needed you got it right away.

The lady at the front was rude and never at the desk. As soon as we got in our room there was a roach on the wall, the air conditioner hardly worked, and the toilet barely flushed. It was muggy and stuffy in the room. We asked for extra bedding and the lady told us no. The lobby was closed down. The service was horrible and the room didn’t feel clean or inviting at all. Never going back. And I’m not one to normally write reviews or complain, but this was just a disappointment in every area.

There are a number of hotels in the area, and I think you would be best served to pick any other than this one. The pool is broken. The front desk lady was fine, but the guy in the evening was rude. The beeping fire detector woke the entire family up at 4 am and had to be disconnected. The police incident and operations in the parking lot put us on edge, not to mention the bloody napkin lying near the elevator. The cable was out for an entire afternoon/night. We were distracted by our purpose in the area, but this place is not cared for and the customer service sucked.

I am sorry that the pool was being renovated during your stay. That notice should have been visible when the room was booked. Also I am sorry that the television service was out due to a cable provider outage. The Toyota Stadium marquee is being replaced in the parking lot. As for the police, there was an accidental 911 call from a room as well as an accident on the road in front of the hotel. Parties took shelter from the rain that day.As for the service I will address that with my team. I hope that you reported the smoke detector, and we were able to address it.

I wish we would have been given notice of the pool being closed during our trip before checking in. We stay at a hotel with a pool because of our kids and they were pretty disappointed. Also, the beds are quite uncomfortable. For the positive- all of the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good!

I am sorry that the pool repairs impacted your stay. We like to keep any of these disruptions to a minimum and do our best to provide advance notice. Unfortunately, we fell short in that regard. I am happy that our staff was accommodating.

Not what the pictures make it out to be. There was some kind of mold on the ceiling of my room. Also found a bug and pubes in the bathroom. The pool/hot tub water was dark and murky.

The overall hotel and the area around it was nice. Our pillows and sheets mostly had stains on them and one pillow even looked like it had mold on it? The shower was very low flow.

Our room was right above the pool so I’m not sure if that’s what made it smell moldy, but everything in the room was pretty stinky and our clothes and things all smelled after we left. The pool was nice and breakfast was good.

Decent place to stay.
Overall it was good. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. Beds were tidy but i do believe that they were not fresh sheets. The sofa sleep needs a new mattress. It is super uncomfortable. The dresser is nice. The bathroom was clean. The staff is amazing. Especially the older lady who runs the Breakfast room. She is the best! We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping remade our beds, took out the trash, and gave us fresh towels.

Second time in less than a month that the room I booked on Expedia was not what I got at the hotel. The hotel received a reservation for a king and I have my receipt for two beds. They were unable to fulfill my request. Not sure if I will use Expedia again since this was two different hotels with same issue!!!!!

Overnight Stay
Stayed on the top floor. Room was quiet even though the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was average, but having a Texas shaped waffle made it better. Friendly staff. Room needed a deeper clean, imo.
