Locatie was helemaal prima! In het midden van Dallas en Fort Worth. Helaas ligt het naast de snelweg wat vrij veel geluidoverlast geeft. Ook is de staat van het bed en de kussens echt ver beneden pijl. Kamer daarintegen is schoon, schone badkamer, wel klein maar prima voor een paar nachten. Auto voor de deur parkeren. Koffie kan je gratis de hele dag halen bij de receptie. Wasserette aanwezig en werkt prima.

Horrible service starting with the front desk, I had fruit on the table housekeeper threw it away not once we reported it to the front desk they didn’t do nothin About it, we extend our stay for work reasons, we got moved to a different room dirtier with the couch full of cat hairs we complained again and they said they couldn’t do nothing about it! Like really? Horrible never again, DONT BOOK!

I would've like to know about the extra $50 incidental fee you have to pay when you you pay for your room... It's refunded when you check out if the room is left in good condition, but I would've been nice to know up front... Also, when I paid for the room and asked for a receipt, the front desk clerk said she couldn't give me a receipt because they had to keep it for their records... I asked her to make me a copy, but she acted like it was such an inconvenience I just took a picture of the receipt... We booked a 2 bed non-smoking and the rooms are very small... I only booked this hotel cause it was close to Texas Live food festival, but I probably won't stay here a second time

Front desk not very helpful. Parking for trucks with trailer nigh impossible and I specifically asked about parking! Rooms are not clean, are old and in disrepair. Only high note...the air conditioner worked! I will NOT be back!

Very dirty, broken beds room smell like mildew and cigarette there no breakfast or grab and go only on the weekends. Extremely small rooms uncomfortable beds and curtains for blankets no real bedding. Staff is rude won’t ever try to fix anything will try to argue with you for letting them know something is wrong. Will never be back.

There was roaches and bed bugs iny room , the housekeeping was random and very late , the front desk was not willing to try and accommodate me as far as a specific room location that I desired . The drains in the restroom were backed up and overall I was very uncomfortable in this hotel .
