Very cozy!
Located right off the freeway but didn’t hear traffic! This is on the second floor in a little apartment complex but the neighbors were quiet! Parking was great! I’d stay here again!

Game Day Delight
I recently stayed at the Grand Prairie in Dallas, TX, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. While the rental could use a bit of tender loving care, it provided everything needed at a reasonable price. The proximity to the AT&T Stadium was a major plus, especially for catching the Cowboys vs. Seahawks game. I enjoyed the thoughtful cowboy/Seahawk decorations added by the host—an extra touch that enhanced the stay. Despite minor improvements needed, I would gladly choose this rental again in the future.

We came for a friend’s wedding and enjoyed our stay. The stairs up to unit C are safe but a little steep for older people with knee problems. We were happy with the place though.

The place was largely as represented, the washer made noises so we didn't use it and you could hear the traffic at night. The owner was great and responded quickly to questions The kitchen is well stocked. Overall functional apartment and it worked.

I was here for a conference and the space was just what was needed. Driving I to the complex, you may feel a lil hesitant, but the apartment exceeded the expectation. Picture are very accurate, 2 bathrooms was a plus. Beds were comfortable and ample closet space. Would definitely stay again. Convenient to many locations….

Definitely shows the work trying to get done on the property. Could use a good deep clean and pay attention to window sills and closets. It served us well for a quick 1 night stay.

We had a great stay. The apartment was well decorated. Caleb was very quick to respond to messages and does great checking in on quests. Master bed was comfy. Plenty of linens, pillows, towels, mirrors, toilet paper, soaps, dishes, coffee and some basic cooking ingredients. Things lacking: hairdryer, cookie sheet, book of information for guests (how to leave the place when you checkout, internet info, etc), could have been a little cleaner (but it wasn't bad), neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but all of our neighbors were very friendly. Overall it was a great value and I would book again. Thank you Caleb!

This is a piece of work. He cusses at me and threatened me over a mistake. I am going to get my lawyer and the sh*t out of this guy. Not only is the the apartment in a trash a$$ neighborhood, but he has deceived us on the condition of the place. The place had roaches inside of it. I will never book from him nor would I recommend him to anyone.

What really happened is that you showed up on the wrong day and were sitting in my living room when the correct guest came to book in. You blamed me. You tried to scam me by saying VRBO double booked you. You made me go through all the steps to verify which was a lie and then you gave me a hard time about leaving. You ruined one guests weekend and I had to refund her completely. I will be checking with VRBO to see why your bogus review was able to post but I don't suspect that they will allow it to stay up long.

Great value
Stayed here with 5 ppl and we had plenty of space. Came here for Rangers game and the place is super close. There is also Albertson's really close by to purchase groceries. The only drawback is that the place is really close to the fwy and a major road. It can be noisy at night. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

It was ok
It took a while to adjust to the place, but it was ok. Not very conventional but ok for a couple of nights. The locks, lights, electronics etc took a minute to figure out (even with the help of my teenagers) but we got it settled. The master bath has no door, the neighborhood is kinda sketch, road noise is loud; electrical outlet got extremely hot in master -burned my finger... ; washing machine leaks... other than that- it was fine. We actually might stay here again next time now that we know how everything is here but it was definitely an adjustment. Still better than a hotel for 3 kids & 2 adults. We spent the days at 6 flags so we were worn out in the evenings & enjoyed netflix. Overall an ok apartment to stay the weekend.
