Both front desk clerks for very polite and very professional. Thry made an immediate change to my room without hesitation. I enjoyed my stay for the reggae festival.

The hotel is good overall. I'd issue with WiFi. I then talked to the staff. They tried to resolve but couldn't. So on my request, they partly refunded as well.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had better service than the higher dollar hotels in the area. It's in a very convenient location where almost everything is about a 10 minute or less drive away and even then there are plenty of places you can just walk to behind the hotel itself. Will be staying again if I ever make a trip back to Dallas! Thank you again for an awesome stay!

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff is very nice, the rooms have been renovated, the whole entire hotel is nice plus I especially love how they had a healthy option for there breakfast with turkey patties which you never really see in any hotels and I could actually enjoy my breakfast and not just get whatever you get by! I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning on staying In Dallas 😊

We had a great stay. Breakfast was excellent and everything was very clean. Couldn't ask for more. Our friends were staying at a much pricier hotel and wished they had booked here instead.

This was my second time staying here and I enjoyed it just as the first. Very welcoming staff, nice, comfortable rooms that were cleaned to my standards and it is centrally located on the strip in Addison. The location is so convenient.

I ABSOLUTELY love staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison! I've stayed at this remarkable establishment on numerous occasions, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to personally commend Ms. Trish. She goes above and beyond to accommodate the guests. Her personality is pleasant, and she is very knowledgeable of the job. You'll feel welcome from the moment you enter the doors. I know for me personally, each stay gets better and better. I dread check out time. That's just how much I LOVE this hotel. It's the BEST! The rooms, and the entire property is clean and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping staff and groundsmen. Their doing a magnificent job. This hotel is conveniently located near many eateries, shopping centers, and tourist attractions. I encourage anyone to go ahead and book your stay. You won't be disappointed. Spread the word that the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison is the go to hotel.

Dirty, smelled of garlic in the hallway, damp and smelled of mildew in the room. Thumping sound from upstairs past midnight, but it's just someone walking (sound insulation is terrible). TV is also an antique (nearly). Fitness gym is decent though.

I ABSOLUTELY love staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas North - Addison. I've stayed at this remarkable establishment on numerous occasions, and have yet to be disappointed. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The front desk clerks make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the doors. The check in/check out process is hassle free, which is always a plus. This hotel is within walking distance to many eateries, and shopping centers. It is in close proximity to the galleria mall. I would without regret recommend this hotel to anyone whose searching for a quality hotel that doesn't break your pocketbook. However, cheaper isn't always better. Sometimes you have to pay more for quality. I don't mind spending money at an establishment like this, because I know that I'm going to receive excellent service. I would like to commend the housekeeping staff and the groundsmen for maintaining and beautifying this hotel. They do a remarkable job. From the outdoors, to the lobby, to the hallways, to the rooms (everything is clean). If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would.
