Omni do not guarantee your room choice (1 or 2 beds , sleeps 2 or 4 ) when it’s booked thru third party. They say it clearly. For the second time in 1 month we had to go back to this hotel and we had to argue for hours at the reception to get the 2 queen bed we booked for a family of 4. . No concierge the last 3 days. Worst Birthday Stay EVER!!! Had to wait in line over an hour to check in because Omni credit card systems were down nation wide…okay I get it…the line was also crazy long because 2 people were working..Finally check in and go up to the room (which I paid for an upgraded suite) was DIRTY! Like filthy…food everywhere and bed a mess. Obviously house keeping had not been there yet. Go back downstairs and finally talk to a manger..get a new room. He some what apologies and says he will give me time to get settled in and will check in on us. NEVER DID!!! Then we go down for breakfast and at check in they failed to tell everyone they would be closing early to get ready for Easter brunch. Keep in mind at this time it’s the next day and credit cards are still down. Everything is cash only and all ATMs are out of cash!!! I’ve stayed at this property many times never having a problem but I was appalled by the customer service this time. Definitely not normal Omni standards.

The shower in the bathroom was tiny. The door would be half way in the shower when fully opened. Valet took 40 minutes to retrieve my car 2/3 days of my stay. Room service menu is limited and food is average.

Was an amazing stay and a beautiful location. Staff was in a great mood. Only complaint is tv in restroom didn’t work. Other than that was an awesome experience.

Frustrating. They didn't make beds or refresh linens during our stay at all. My husband and I spent an hour trying to get in our room one night going up and down the elevator 6 times. Meanwhile the staff kept passing us off with "another room key". I felt as though we were treated as if we were dumb. Battery died to our room key opener and somehow it was our problem? Our time was wasted. Would not stay here agan.

Refused to give us our room. Lied about not having our room available and give us another. 2 hours later after insisting and calling Expedia they were able to find the double queen bed we booked available. It was the evening before the ATA event and they did the same thing for many families.

Good day, I truly apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. Omni as a company experienced an international outage, which meant we were not able to receive reservations from 3rd parties like Expedia. I want to assure you no one lied to you about not being able to find your reservation - we legitimately could not see any 3rd party reservations until we spoke to our 3rd party customer service team. We then worked to rebuild the reservation's separately in our own system, which was down.Our team spent the entire day checking people in on paper due to this issue, which we have only very recently recovered from. Every person who checked in on Friday, 3/29/2024, experienced the same issue. While this is something that was out of our control, we would like to try and make this right. I am applying a credit to your account for 70% off the first night of your stay. You should see this credit within the next 3-5 business days. We appreciate your business and hope you'll visit us at the Dallas Omni again.

Over all the stay was fine. We were there for a tournament and didn't use the facilities much. Unfortunately, getting food was a challenge since the credit card system was down for the hotel and its restaurants and the ATM depleted of cash. Wasn't pleased having a convention center pretzel for breakfast the morning of a major tournament.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. However I can't give it a better rating because their systems were down we waited all day to get into our room. Then customers coming in at 4pm or after got rooms before those of us who filled out paperwork hours ago. We were originally told we'd get our rooms 1st. Stood in long line 3xs. Manager and director tried their best to accommodate us but so many people were in the same situation as us. It was ATA taekwondo national tournament Omni was the host hotel for the tournament. All of the restaurants were cash only all weekend which was very inconvenient because of the amount of people staying at hotel with children the one atm at the hotel was ALWAYS out of cash. The staff was nice considering all the commotion of entire Omni systems being down.

Their computer system went down preventing us fro checking in our out. It also prevented us fro doing anything on the property because all the bars and restaurants were cash only and the ATM was emptied by the other guests. None of that was anyone’s fault my poor review is from how it was handled. Zero compensation or concern that our mini staycation plans were de-railed. We were offered a $30 room credit but could not use it because that system was down too. On top of that half of our luggage was misplaced so I had to hunt that down too. The hotel was nice and the staff were nice but i definitely will not come back.

Worst stay in my life. They had a system outage and couldn’t check into the room. Entire property was cash only. ATM charge is $5. Spa closed, just a disaster. Had to get dressed for a funeral in the lobby bathroom. Finally got access to my room and it was dirty little hairs and stuff messed up but I had no time to change rooms. The next morning went to take shower and it was soiled panties and a condom hiding behind the towels. I was disgusted. They gave me a new room that was ok, the manager of housekeeping said he would give me a $50.00 credit say he sent me a email but of course that never happened. And of course since the “system” was down there was no proof of a credit. The entire weekend was horrible. Never again!

We only were able to stay one night unfortunately, but we absolutely loved it. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, they definitely treat you so much better than any other hotel we've been at. We will definitely be back if we are in the area, so much to do and we barely got to see the half of it! I would highly recommend this hotel!
