Geniet van Downtown Grapevine op slechts een steenworp afstand in onze Classic Historical Home compleet met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Dit onlangs gerenoveerde huis is perfect voor familie en vrienden of zakelijke gasten. The Grape Escape heeft alle gemakken van thuis op slechts een paar blokken van Esparza's Mexican Restaurant, Homestead Winery en alle activiteiten die Main Street te bieden heeft. Het is heel gemakkelijk om toegang te krijgen tot het midden van de actie op Main Street. Geniet van alle speciale evenementen die Grapevine en DFW te bieden hebben.

We hebben zojuist onze historische bungalow uit 1949 gerenoveerd met alle nieuwe elektrische voorzieningen, sanitair, HVAC, ultramoderne apparatuur en meubels om onze gasten onder te brengen. Deze ruime woning is super gezellig en heeft een mooie schaduwrijke achtertuin met een terras dat perfect is voor het onderhouden van de achtertuin. Onze keuken is gevuld en alle slaapkamers hebben nieuwe matrassen en beddengoed, evenals smart-tv's met kabel.

Perfect location in historic Grapevine TX

This is a renovated historic home in a beautiful neighborhood. The outside has not been redone but inside is great. Very spacious and the kitchen has everything, bathrooms are very nice and the AC works great. Big backyard with lighted covered area. It’s a short walk to Main Street with lots of shops, restaurants and wine bars. Perfect for families, girlfriends or couples. Wendy was easy to contact and very responsive.

This was our second stay at this property. This time, we stayed for two months and liked it as much, or more, than our first stay. The location is top notch - walkable to Main St, but the updates that they’ve done to the house also add to our enjoyment of the property. We would definitely rent here again.

Great location in Grapevine

We spent a month in this house and loved every minute of it. The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked, and the location couldn’t be beat. We were there during November so we walked the few blocks to Main Street daily to see the Christmas sights. We were even able to use the kitchen in this house to host a full family Thanksgiving dinner - something i could not say about many of the VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. We had no regrets about staying here.

This home in the Historic District in Grapevine, TX fit my needs perfectly. It was close to family, and a short walk to Main Street and all of its amenities. Great comfort in Grapevine!

If you’re visiting Grapevine, this home will suit all your needs perfectly. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood a short walk from the Main Street where all the action is. It was very comfortable with all the amenities one would need and then some! There was also a fantastic playground just around the corner that my 5 year old enjoyed immensely. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions or concerns you might have. We made some great memories this weekend!!

Great Texas Get-Away

The Grape Escape offered a wonderful venue and home for the final leg of our snow bird adventures for 2018. After 2 months in Florida, we were thrilled to find this home exactly as represented. . . except, it is actually larger than it appears in photos. This house was clean, comfortable and conducive to having the grandchildren visit. I love that it was walking distance to almost everything--Main Street, my granddaughter's school, the neighborhood park, the Cidery and the Brewery and many restaurants. I even walked to the Rec and the library. And, as many times as I've been to Grapevine, I finally got to see Nat and Willy--four times!! This home felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for both bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the closets a good size. Wendy was very attentive in answering any questions we had during our stay. We are hoping to come back in 2019.

Enjoyed using the kitchen and eating outdoors on the deck, walking to restaurants, shops and wineries while visiting with friends and relatives. The beds are comfortable, too. The GRAPE Escape is a GREAT Escape~

This cute little bungalow is bigger than it looks! Bredrooms are VERY comfy, living room cozy and kitchen has all you need! My two adult children and I came for three days of work. It was so nice to come back to a home rather than the hotel...we made dinner the first night and watched a movie before signing off to slumberland. The tea and coffee assortments in the morning were nice too! Definitely staying here again!
