Unfortunately, this is 100% a retaliatory review. Pam chose to violate multiple house rules, her reservation was cancelled by VRBO, and the police escorted her off of our property. By far the most unpleasant experience for us as PREMIER hosts. Therefore, if you’d like a more accurate depiction of what our property has to offer, please scroll through the other countless 5-Star reviews. Prior to her review, this well maintained and beautifully decorated home was rated 5-Stars. We’d be happy to host any honest guests with good intentions. We have a total of 9 properties and have been reputable Premier Hosts on VRBO for years. 💕

Hi Lina, We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, location, and nearby attractions. Parking is open , free, and is first come first serve, similar to any hotel/complex. We are in the process of trying to secure a reserved space in the event someone would that option, so hopefully we will have that for you when you and your family return. Also, the beds are of varying firmness, but we have since added some mattress toppers to some units for additional comfort. We try our best to make selections that best suit the vast majority, and so far we have had success here, but understand everyone’s preference is different. Hi Michele, We appreciate your feedback and have since update the towels and replaced them with larger ones. The beds are brand new and personal preference can never be spot on for every guest. Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and also for the feedback. We provide enough serving sets to accommodate the maximum number of guests this space occupies. However, we have added additional blankets to the units to ensure everyone is comfortable as well as some additional towels to suit the liking of our guests. We want to ensure everyone has a positive experience while away from home and when they choose to stay with us. Thanks for the feedback as we are fairly new to the business. 😀

Jocelyn was an incredible guest. ☺️ She happened to stay with us during the winter storm here and was very patient, caring, kind, and understanding. She always let us know how much she appreciated us - whether we were just checking in or dropping off supplies. She stayed close to a month and the space was exactly how it was when we cleaned it for her arrival. There was no issues with the rules and all of the property was left in perfect condition! We would not hesitate at all to host her again and we hope all of our guests will as great as her! Thanks again Jocelyn and May God Bless!
