Your rental is ideally located 25 minutes from Châteaudun (canoeing, caves, castle, swimming pool), 30 minutes from Nogent-le-Rotrou – the capital of the Perche (castle, lake) – and 40 minutes from Chartres (cathedral, miniature train, canoeing, museums, etc.). Nestled in the wooded countryside, this detached house has retained all its original charm: exposed beams, a fireplace, and antique furniture. The 30 m² living room comfortably accommodates 6 people, and you'll appreciate its direct access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard.

On the ground floor, the bedroom (double bed) has an en-suite shower room and a separate toilet. The washing machine is located in the laundry room. Upstairs, the pleasant mezzanine lounge provides access to one bedroom (double bed), one bedroom (two single beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The 1200 m² landscaped garden, fully enclosed, offers numerous possibilities: playing in the sheltered sandbox, swinging on the wooden swing set, enjoying a game of pétanque on the dedicated court, relaxing in the sun or shade on the sun loungers, preparing a barbecue, and more! In case of rain, children and adults alike can take refuge in the 20 m² heated games room, accessible through the French doors (separate entrance).

Travel light! Upon request, beds are made, and towels and kitchen towels are provided, as well as baby equipment!

The rate includes 8 kW of electricity per day and water.

Additional services available for a fee: complete linen kit (€12/bed), towel and household linen kit (€12 for the entire cottage), and cleaning fee (€70).
