The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. '

'Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. 'The property was very accommodating. There are beautiful views every day, hot water and air, ample living and bed space, and nice decoration. The place included all kitchen appliances that were needed. The spices are were running out, but usually people travel to try food! Of course, there are a couple things that are different in every country. I would recommend leaving an instruction book on the stovetop (red breaker) and electric shower. It would also be nice to list a few places that are...

'We wanted to be based close to Doolin, Caherconnel Fort, and Aillwee Cave. This property was a hit. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, plenty of parking, two pubs right across the road, and a little hotel on a kitty corner for a night cap complete with the live music on Saturday evening. '
