This includes both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living room, dining area, kitchen, and the private rear garden space.

The property features a private entrance and soundproof walls for your comfort and privacy.

We respect our guests` privacy and offer a smart lock self-check-in process for your convenience.

While we won`t be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance.

Bluewater shopping centre is very close by, as well as Dartford shopping centre, which is easily accessible by bus with a cinema and variety of restaurants within the shopping centre.

Within the Bluewater shopping centre, there are different designer shops with quality goods to suit a variety of budgets.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk to Dartford train station. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Dartford with easy access to Dartford town centre and the main road.

There are quite a few restaurants in the town centre, a mere 10 minutes walk from the apartment, with local takeaway dotted around the area

* Security: For your safety and security, a CCTV camera is installed covering the exterior entrance of the property.

* Guest Identification: Guests will be required to provide a valid form of identification prior to check-in. ID has to match the name on the account

* Occupancy: The base pricing is for up to 4 guests. Use of the sofa bed for additional guests is available for an extra charge. Please contact us for details.
