Le Petit Clos des Champs is nestled in the heart of an old farmhouse, surrounded by fields and set in the peaceful tranquility of a farmstead bordered by majestic beech trees. The cottage, converted from an old brick-and-flint barn, is located at the far end of the property. Access is shared with cottage ref. G1505—which belongs to the same owners—as well as with their home situated in the large landscaped garden. It is separated from the cottage (Ref. G1505) by an open riding arena and a wood storage room. A private, enclosed garden of 300 m², located at the front of Le Petit Clos des Champs, features garden furniture, a barbecue, and lounge chairs, with no neighbors directly across.
