Onze Condo heeft alles wat u nodig heeft om te genieten van uw verblijf op Dauphin Island. We kijken uit naar u en uw familie die net zoveel van ons eiland houden als wij. Wij bezitten een andere eenheid naast de deur en zijn er meestal elk weekend. Zo niet - ons huis is slechts 10 minuten verwijderd als u problemen ondervindt.

ONZE VERHUUR IS ZATERDAG TOT ZATERDAG VERHUUR ALLEEN TIJDENS DE ZOMER. WE KUNNEN SLECHTS 6 PERSONEN BEVATTEN, KINDEREN inbegrepen.
Unit Kenmerken:
2 Br met queensize bedden
1 Trek het onderschuifbed uit in een apart gebied dat zich naar een koning terugtrekt
Keuken is volledig gevuld met alle potten, pannen en keukengerei.
Beddengoed op bedden en handdoeken - U moet echter wel uw eigen strandhanddoeken meenemen.
Ik heb een gloednieuwe voorladerwasser en drogers. (zorg ervoor dat je zand schudt voordat je ze erin gooit).
Uitzicht op water vanaf de binnenplaats en het pooldeck. Beperkt uitzicht vanaf appartement.
Dauphin Island heeft een veerboot die elk anderhalf uur vaart. U kunt naar Ft gaan. Morgan, eet lunch bij Tacky Jacks en ga dan naar het Tanger Outlet Mall of om de andere stranden aan Gulf Shores of Orange Beach te zien. Kom gewoon niet te laat voor de veerboot die terugkomt, het is een lange rit :(
Verwacht niet dat je mobiele telefoons zo goed werken als je eenmaal bij Dauphin Surf Club bent. Als je het gebruikt voordat je door onze poort komt, gaat het prima - daarna zul je rust en stilte hebben. We hebben wifi. Als er de week daarvoor een storm is geweest, kun je er problemen mee verwachten. Ik kan de wifi niet repareren. Het is iets dat zodra ze een melding hebben gekregen, een tech moet komen repareren. Ik vertel je dit omdat andere huurders hebben geklaagd bij andere eigenaren en ik wil je vooraf laten weten.
Je familie zal van ons kleine eiland houden. Het is veilig, het is afgelegen en het is heel lief voor onze harten.

Great Condo for the price

The property is as described. Older condo with plenty of supplies for my family. Very clean. Would recommend for anyone on a budget. This is our second trip to the island and we enjoy the quiet atmosphere to the busyness of Gulf shores.

Nice Condo with a great private beach

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The hosts provided all the conveniences and the location was perfect. The beach front has been extended over the past year and is gorgeous! We rented bikes and had them delivered to our doorstep, shopped at Skinners for seafood, road The Duke and walked for miles down the beach. It was a perfect week

Beautiful location close to the beach

Condo was comfy and spacious for the 6 of us. Could use a broom to sweep up the sand when we come back from the beach. We could’ve used more dishwasher tabs. We only got 3 for a 7 day stay so we washed dishes most days. Most light bulbs were burnt out and no outside lighting for grilling in the evening

Wonderful week of relaxing

We had a great week! It was nice to have space for my family to spread out in the condo and for all of us to have our own space. Some things that could use attention/upgrade: the couch and the availability of kitchen supplies. We made breakfast every morning and the sheet pans were a little rusty and dirty from being in the bottom drawer of the stove, but I realize if they haven't been used in some time that happens. It was no big deal to wash before using. Some better spatulas would help as we we made pancakes and scrambled eggs more than once. The couch has a spring sticking out and is sagging quite a bit. Overall though we were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely visit again! The island was quiet and very family friendly. We had wonderful service at every restaurant.

It was so amazing. The atmosphere is incredible. It’s quiet and a perfect place to get away from busy life. The condo had everything we needed, they even provided sand toys which my kids loved to play with. The condo was clean and inviting. We will definitely be back.

Great Budget Stay

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homey this property was. There were a few things in the cleanliness department that could've been better, but over all my group had a lovely experience staying here. There was plenty of space, felt very safe, and was super close to the beach. It was also very convenient that there was an outdoor shower and pool on property. Rhonda provides beach chairs and beach toys as well which made it super nice to not have to travel with them. I will say that the AC may work a little too well and there aren't many extra blankets, but we brought our own so it wasn't really an issue. If I were to travel to Dauphin Island again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

This was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet relaxing break from very busy lives. The weather was not the best but still warm enough for daily walks on the beach and restful times of sitting in the sun and shade.

Feels Secluded

A couple of things that I didn't fully understand before arriving: 1. Condo is on 2nd Floor so must do stairs 2. It stated balcony area but doesn't have one 3. In the pic showing all the condos in a row it is the farthest back from the water on the right. 3. I think the condo use to have a balcony or outdoor patio area which you could get through via sliding doors from the front room or sliding doors from the main bedroom. When it was remodeled and enclosed the front room doors were left off and the door from the main bedroom were exchanged for folding closet doors. So, if you have 6 people staying then 2 people are going to be sleeping 6 feet from the main bedroom people with only closet sliding doors between (could be awkward for some visitors). The only downside for me was my 4-year-old granddaughter would come push the folding doors wide open while I was changing. It is an older condo but it is clean and spacious. We had a hard time trying to get the bathtub to fill up because it has a weird little rubber flap that kept leaking and although it is clean it has some bad spots in the tub and there are some loose tiles in front of the sink that the owner might not be aware of. Also there is a spring in the couch which is poking up (we put a folded washcloth on it) I forgot to let the owner know, but overall loved the comfy couch to watch movies from. Loved the beach-it is not very wide so you don't have to walk across 350 yds of sand to get to the water

Fabulous experience

I grew up coming to Dauphin Island, and was happy to bring my son and Stepdaughter for the first time. Rhonda was amazing with communication, and answered any questions we had. check-in was a breeze, the location was perfect, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. 10/10 recommended, and hope to be back again soon!

Nice place in a great location

We love Dauphin island and how laid back it is. The condo is big and all you need for a beach vacation. Some things could be upgraded(master bathroom shower, main bath loose tiles, and paint). But we spent most of our time at the beach, pool, and other activities, which you can’t get much closer to! Would recommend.

Peace and quiet

Lovely and large condo. Property was clean and very neat at arrival, also much bigger than pictures can show. Pool was clean and plenty of chairs. Beach was a 3 min walk away from condo, clean and not crowded. This was the peace and quiet we needed. If you must Gulf shores is a 30min ferry ride away. There was plenty on the island to keep us busy even with rain. The Property owner was very nice and responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

This condo had a well equipped kitchen with a kerig pod coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, blender, etc. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Nice decor, lovely bedrooms. Beach access was great! Safe quiet area to stay. Beach was amazing!
