Welcome to our home. This cozy Condo is surrounded by pine trees, tucked in the heart of Davao City. It's location makes it easy for you to get around the city.

The space
2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo, has all the amenities you need for you to enjoy your stay. There are 2 rollaway beds and a sofa bed. Both rooms have AC, while living room has a fan available. While equipped to sleep 7, 4-5 people is recommended for cozier experience. We also make sure everything is clean prior to your arrival.
Guest access
Guests are allowed to access the whole unit. You will also have access to the pool for FREE but limited only to 4 person and children 5 years old and below. Excess guests may use the pool for a FEE, 150 per adult, 100 for 6-10 years old. Gym is free.
Other things to note
Parking inside the compound is on first come, first serve basis. Parking outside the compound is FREE but will be at your own risk. Please coordinate with the Security Personnel for any available parking slot.

You may also arrange for paid parking with the host for a fee, but it depends on availability. Do not park your vehicle anywhere or below basement parking spaces unless parking was arranged prior to arrival. A fine of P6,000 will be implemented for all the violators.
