Watersong Resort is a Guard gated community in Davenport, Florida.

It is a 46-acre paradise only 15 minutes to the gates of Walt Disney World with easy access to all the main routes (I4 junction 58 and Hwy 192) that will take you to Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Centre, Bush Garden.

The beaches on the East and West coast and Sanford and Orlando airports.

This luxury resort sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area.

Within this resort is our lovely Florida home which offers you an open plan bright and spacious accommodation for up to 14 guests.

The large stylish Lounge and Kitchen overlooks the pool deck area which opens to a large formal Dining Room where you can enjoy a family meal and a more casual dining area ideal for more informal dining.

The high specification kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with modern appliances and has everything you will need during your stay.

There are two further separate lounge areas that include comfy sofas and flat screen TV’s, which are ideal areas for guests to escape to.

WiFi and Cable TV included.

The bedrooms offer a serene and tranquil haven to retreat to all with practical modern bathrooms.

The outside area is where this home really shines, with its large private pool and raised spa with no rear neighbours, sun loungers and separate covered dining area where you can enjoy the stunning views of the Watersong Conservation landscape.

There is a convenient outdoor shower with separate access to the house.

This is simply the perfect environment for you and your family to enjoy the Florida sunshine and relax, with the added benefit of al fresco dining under the stars.

Great week!

We had a wonderful vacation and Zoe the property manager was super helpful in answering all of our questions. This was our second rental in Watersong and the only thing we could even suggest is more patio furniture and some additional cookware. Our family of 12 only had a patio table for 6! We did really appreciate the owner going above and beyond for our 11 month heart warrior! ❤️❤️

Awesome place for the deal

We booked this last minute since we couldn’t make up our mind on when we were going. Can’t beat the rate for this place with what else was out there. It was perfect for what we wanted. Couple of housekeeping items, the outside shower doesn’t work. Needs additional fans in the rooms and main area upstairs. It gets warm upstairs and the air, even being set at 73 is not cooling it enough. The third em suite should be one with a Queen/king bed, not two beds in it. Good things about the home. Overall cleanliness is good. There were beach towels provided. For being in Davenport, it was close to target, Walmart, publix and other stores. The home itself is close to the clubhouse and the additional parking area. Host and management company is very responsive and easy to work with. That itself is huge!

Over due vacation

I had read some reviews about this property and tried to have the address before checking in. However the property Manger said everything was fixed, that was not true. As of 6/2/21 the issue with cold showers still exist, kitchen table chairs are bottomed out, the deck screen has holes which cause us to have snacks, frogs and lizards on the deck or in the pool. The kitchen is not stocked with enough pot and pans, etc for the amount of people that can stay. The walls are not clean all kinds of marks and wiped. They supply plenty of beach towels but not bath or face towels, the deck furniture is old chairs broken and lounge cushion are dirty. The game room is so hot that you can not enjoy it long. The thermostat is set at 72 and does not cool the house enough, especially when cooking and at night with your bedroom door closed it gets pretty warm. The middle bedroom mattress is no good , with two people you roll into the middle. The house need major updating!!! Also the rules of the house and community should be disclosed before 7 days prior to check in. On a positive the pool was great and the house had plenty of space. I rent often in the Orlando area and the has been the least of my favorites by far. The own puts no upkeep in to this property and I will not rent the home again. This is just my experience hope it helps!!

Nice however...

We enjoyed our time but after our first night started missing home...due to the thermostat restriction (cannot go below 73f which should be mentioned in advertisement of home). We live in SC and our thermostat during the day is set to 70, and at night 65 which keeps everyone comfortable. So bedtime for everyone during our stay was miserable with heat.....we even bought fans (thats how hot it was). There should be ceiling fans in every bed room, since the thermostat is restricted from going below 73. Next, the water heater allows for 1 person to take a decent shower and almost a complete hair wash....each person in the home had to wait 45 min after someone got out of the shower in order take a warm shower (water gets freezing cold after 4min). Everything else was amazing....

Amazing property but needs updates

This is a beautiful home on an amazing private lot with a huge pool/jacuzzi overlooking a wildlife refuge. This home has plenty of room with lots of nice clean bathrooms, including a handy outdoor shower poolside. The gated community of Watersong is laid out beautifully with security that makes it safe to be out walking even in the evenings. The management contact (Zoe) was quick to respond and take care of all our concerns. Her customer service was top notch. The home does need a lot of updates with bedding, mattresses, furniture etc, Chairs were broken, furniture was worn, inside the home and out in the pool area. The home needs a deep cleaning as well, as carpets, area rugs, and furniture had a lot of dirt and stains. Maintenance is badly needed as well, torn screens, doors that do not close and very hard to open, a cracked refrigerator drawer, ice maker that spills ice all over when you open the freezer, paint, etc We absolutely loved our stay there but some of the maintenance and updates do need to be done. We would love to come back for a three month stay next winter, so we hope the homeowner finds our review helpful and considers maintenance and updates.
