Your lovely comments included a non-specific complaint about the shower. Your ensuite bathroom had a bath which included a shower with glass screen. We have really excellent water pressure and everything was in good working order after you left. So we are at a loss to understand your comment. We always tell all our guests not to hesitate to ask for help during their stay if necessary. We wish you had done so as we would have been pleased to help. Thanks again. Hello Teri Seaber, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. You also kindly left "real time feedback" whilst you were staying. We appreciated your comments which were: "Check-in: Friendly Staff Room: Nice bed,Clean,Good Wifi Location: Quiet,Safe" On arrival, I asked whether you'd intended to book on a room only basis. You hadn't realised you'd done so. We discussed the menu available and I was only too pleased to provide your preference of a vegetarian full English breakfast. You did not accept this offer which was made more than once during the conversation!! I am also very sorry you were not quite warm enough in your room. As you say, we do provide electric radiators in addition to our central heating. As we really do want all our guests to enjoy their stay, I always ask everyone not to hesitate to let me know if they find there is something I can do to help them whilst they are with us. I am really sorry that you did not feel able to ask me for some additional heating as I would have been delighted to help you. Unfortunately, it's too late to make you comfortable once you've left. We always try to treat everyone with friendly respect and good manners which is why we were very surprised by your foul language when you were checked in! We pride ourselves on offering locally sourced, excellent quality, Aga cooked-to-order breakfasts. The very vast majority of our guests are extremely complimentary of them. I am only sorry that our very best efforts did not meet up with your very peculiar and exacting breakfast order.
