'I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

'Very smelly room. Ice machine didn’t work work on our floor. Tub took forever to drain from a shower. Just an older building that hasn’t been updated. I did like the complimentary breakfast & the close distance it was to Bob Evans & Roosters. There was plenty of parking.'

'Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.'

'We arrived late morning and a room was prepared for us within an hour'

'It was clean'

'overall was satisfactory'

'The staff, the room & overall facility was very nice. No complaints concerning the room. Staff helped us on more than one occasion. The pool was under repair. If it was listed as such in the notice I missed it. I wish things like this were mentioned before booking.'

'Quiet and safe location up on a hill with scenic views. Great choice of eateries with a bar just a short walk across the street from the hotel. Garage self-parking was free and easy in/out and short safe walk to hotel lobby. Lots of support columns in the parking garage to navigate through. Great experience overall and will rebook.'

'The facility was great and the front desk attendant were warm and inviting!'

'The property was convenient to shopping and the interstate, both the heater and air conditioning worked fine, but the room itself did not meet my expectations. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheet had holes in it. On two different nights of our stay, we found a cockroach in the room. The refrigerator was missing the bars on the door so you couldn't put anything in those shelves. I would not stay here again.'

'Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night.'
