'We were very pleased with the whole experience. Our host was very pleasant and went to the extra effort of leaving a half dozen eggs and a small pitcher of milk on the fridge to get us buy for the first night's stay. Because our stay was longer than most (10 nights), Amanda left extra towels and bed sheets for us.Next time back on the Sunshine Coast we will definitely book our stay at Laurel Cottage in Davis Bay.'

'What a gem this is! Clean and comfortable is just the beginning. From a well appointed kitchen to thoughtful little things like spare reading glasses, the owners clearly take a lot of pride in hosting. And the cottage is just darn cute!! 'Really enjoyed our stay. Cozy suite had all the amenities that we needed - living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Super clean and well organized with helpful notes instructions. And nicely decorated. Host was very helpful with our enquiries. One of the nicest VRBO units we have stayed in. Super convenient. About 5 minute to town for beach-shoreline, marina (ferry, kayaking) restaurants, groceries etc. Also walkable to network of trails including Killarney Lake. Cozy suite tops the list...

'We were greeted by Lorraine and Casey, plus three of their adorable pups in the front yard, then shown around the property. It is quaint, private and homey. We loved the hot tub and the bed was cozy, if a little difficult to get out of in the night due to the small alcove it sits in! We spent two peaceful nights at the suite and recommend it.
