The Space:

You step onto the beach just steps from your door, feeling the warm Florida sun on your skin and hearing the gentle roll of waves. After a day of sun and surf, the scent of a nearby fire pit mingles with the salty air, inviting you to unwind under a starlit sky.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio comfortably sleeps three guests with two inviting beds and a private bathroom. Fresh linens and plush pillows promise restful nights after a day of beach adventures.



Indoor space

Natural light fills the open‑plan living area, highlighting the HDTV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi for streaming or work. A dedicated workspace in the common area lets you catch up on emails, while a window AC unit and heating keep the temperature just right year‑round. Essentials such as fresh towels, toiletries, and an iron are provided for your convenience.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen offers a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware and basic pantry items like oil, salt, and pepper. Children’s dinnerware is also available, making family meals easy. A small dining nook lets you enjoy breakfast with a view of the ocean beyond the windows.



Outdoor living

Direct beach access means you can walk to the golden sands whenever you like. The resort grounds feature a shared outdoor pool that is heated, a fire pit for cozy evenings, and a fully equipped gym, all open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Outdoor seating areas provide a perfect spot for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks.

Located in the Daytona Beach Resort, you’re minutes from Main Street’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Daytona Beach International Airport is a short drive away, simplifying arrivals and departures.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the studio unit, located on the fourth floor (unit #427). You'll have private access to the bedroom area, full bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. Enjoy shared access to the living room, gym, and pool. Plus, take advantage of the beach access and outdoor seating.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Guests have access to the gym, North Outdoor Pool (heated), Indoor Pool, two Jacuzzis (heated), and sauna. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM. A key card and parking pass are provided; please return them to the unit upon departure. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on the premises. Please dispose of all trash and food before checking out; a $20 fee applies for any trash left behind. Our rental agreement is required for security. Amenities are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
