Our beautiful and peaceful 2BD/2BA house has everything you need for your time in the Daytona Beach Area. Nestled within a safe and cute family friendly neighborhood, our home is in close proximity to the world’s most famous beach, Daytona International Speedway, shopping centers, restaurants and so much more. Our home is newly renovated with upgraded appliances, new flooring, and a huge fenced in back yard with lake view for your entertainment.
The space
This home is located in the heart of everything with a quick 10 minute ride over the Dunlawton Bridge to the World's Most Famous Beaches of Daytona. Your family is sure to enjoy this little slice of Florida . We are located 1 hour from Orlando, 15 mins from Tanger Outlets, and 10 mins from Volusia Mall and International Speedway(Nascar).


We have our cleaners thoroughly clean and sanitize the home between each guest.


This Property is Pet Friendly!


-You must notify us 72 hours in advance if you will be bringing a dog and invoice will be sent for the Pet Fee within 1 week of your stay. Please also include breed and weight. Couch covers in closet must be utilized.

-2 dogs under 40 pounds(maximum allowed)

Please note: we do charge $25/day per pet, $140/week per pet and couch covers must be utilized which are located in closet.

$100 refundable pet security deposit (will be sent back 48 hours after check-out) fee will be requested 5 days before your reservation.
Early check in/late check out fee(3 hours max, if availability) $75/flat fee

Gas grill on property, $20/ flat fee. Please request at least 48 hours prior to arrival so propane tank can be delivered

Security camera is placed on outside front of home for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside of the home your privacy. There is a blink doorbell on outside front door of home that records entry into the home for security purposes.
