I booked specifically for the hot tub and it was not working the entire week we stayed. My husband and I drove down from Michigan and my mother, neice and nephew flew from Alaska. We wanted to soak each night that is why I skipped over several hotels when booking. Not only was the hot tub not usable the pool is only open until dusk each day...like 5 pm even though everything advertised and the book inside the unit says 8 pm. When I asked the staff they stated that it was Mihigan law, I asked if the law had changed since the books were printed and she finally said that they do not have proper lighting in the pool area so they choose not to comply with state law and lie to the customers. Check in here is 4 pm...the pool closes at dusk..5 pm if you only stay one day it is not an available amenity so advertising it is lying...the living room pull out couch was so dated an worn that had it actually been for two adults as advertised they would have been miserable. The elevator closest to my room was out of order and has been for a very long time from the looks of the taped on signs. Good hot water and the two bathrooms with tubs was nice. Other two beds were also very worn and we sunk into the middle all night long.
