Welkom bij Daytona Beach Shores, waar 'Het leven hier beter is'.

Wij nodigen u uit om te komen kijken waarom onze familie al vele jaren Daytona Beach bezoekt en hebben dit schone en ontspannen huis aan het strand op slechts een korte wandeling van 's werelds meest beroemde strand gekocht!

Het is ons derde seizoen! Zwembad was in januari 2019 compleet vernieuwd. House is in 2016 volledig gerenoveerd. Een gloednieuwe keuken met gloednieuwe apparatuur! Nieuwe porselein betegelde vloeren! Nieuw meubilair en bedden! Het hele huis is pas geschilderd en wacht op uw komst. Alles is "Bright & Beachy" :) zelfs gratis WiFi door het hele huis.

We hebben 3 slaapkamers, allemaal met nieuwere comfortabele bedden. 2 badkamers met handdoeken. ** Geschikt voor 6 volwassenen comfortabel. **

De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met betegelde inloopdouche voor gemakkelijke toegang.

Er zijn twee gastenkamers - een met 1 splinternieuw queensize bed en de andere met twee aparte bedden. We hebben twee opklapbedden voor twee personen - COT voor de zevende en achtste persoon. De gastenbadkamer heeft een dubbele wastafel met douche / badcombinatie.

Onze plattegrond is perfect voor entertainment. Slaapkamers zijn genesteld in de hal van de belangrijkste gebieden. Perfect voor wanneer kinderen slapen; ouders kunnen het plezier voortzetten! Gasten kunnen de buitenteakdouche gebruiken na een dag op het strand, een verfrissende duik nemen in het eigen in de grond gelegen zwembad (niet verwarmd) of zonnen op het nieuwe zwembadterras!

Wat dacht u van ontspanning in de Florida-kamer of van een cocktail rond het nieuwe granieten eiland in de keuken. Maak je nooit zorgen over het ontbreken van voldoende zitplaatsen, want we hebben er genoeg! Geniet van een spelletje familietafeltennis in de afgeschermde garage!

Strandspeelgoed: we hebben jou gedekt. De beste strandstoelen, wagon, koelbox, zandspeelgoed, sportartikelen en meer zijn hier te gebruiken tijdens uw verblijf.

Locatie: stappen naar het strand! Intracoastale waterweggezichten vanuit het raam van uw eetkamer. Dit strandhuis ligt dicht bij de beste restaurants, een Starbucks, supermarkten, supermarkten, parken, een fitnesscentrum in de buitenlucht, golfen, boot- en jetskiverhuur en alle Daytona Beach-attracties!

Je kunt binnen 90 minuten in Orlando zijn om de parken van wereldklasse (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc.) te bezoeken.

Bekijk vanaf de voorkant fantastische zonsondergangen, want we zijn direct tegenover de Intracoastal Waterway of lopen minder dan 5 minuten naar 'Sunset Park'.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! This house has all you need, and more. The kitchen is stocked with newer pots and pans, dishes & glassware. We slept in the master bedroom, and let me say, that mattress was so comfortable! I have back pain most of the time, but I had the best sleep and no pain while staying here. The pool is the cherry on the top. We spent most of our time out there, when we weren’t at the beach. The trees and plants in the backyard are beautiful. We walked to the beach, and used the provided chairs, towels, wagon & umbrella; It’s so nice to not have to pack those items to travel. The neighborhood was quiet and the community seemed family-friendly; People walking and riding bikes. Plenty of parking at this house, with a spot to turn around, if needed. The owners have thought of everything for this house; Nicely decorated and updated furniture. This is a 10/10 place to stay. If we decide to go back to Daytona, we will definitely book this place!

Wonderful stay! This house was fully stocked and had everything we needed. My children absolutely loved the pool. We really appreciated the tubes and boogie boards that were provided. House was quiet and peaceful. The pool was well maintained and the air conditioning worked great. TVs in everyroom! Short distance to the beach and grocery store.

Perfect for older Rockville!

Turned Rockville into a girls trip (45-48). This property was perfect for the three of us, and we enjoyed to pool so much on those hot days. Highly recommend and I am hoping to come back next year!

Perfect spot!

This is the perfect beach house! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was close enough to Daytona Beach, but it was nice to drive away from everything and go "home" at the end of the day. We also enjoyed walking to the beach. Great place for any vacation but we were there for biketoberfest. Lots of room in the driveway

Nice home lots of room for 4 people. Great parking for trucks and trailers and motorcycles. Only down side is pool wasn’t heated and we had cold weather at night. Nice warmer days so it would have been nice to get in pool after a day of riding. Great place!!!!

The beach house was better than expected, photos don’t do it justice! The hosts were gracious and left information on things to do nearby, menus with food recommendations and a lovely welcome snack basket that was appreciated, especially after a long travel day! We’ll definitely book again!

Exceptional location, amenities, and hosts

We stayed at this property in late May. The home is conveniently located near the beach, groceries, and restaurants. Access to the main roads is super easy. The location’s pool is great, the yard and landscaping are well maintained and allow for some outdoor activities in a large private yard. The Florida room is great for early morning coffee and the neighborhood is quiet. A ping pong table, basketball game, and air hockey table along with a large capacity washer and dryer are in the converted garage. There were all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, seasonings, and cleaning supplies. This is the among the best VRBO experiences we have had. Thank-you for sharing your location with us!

House is as advertised and the pictures are accurate. A beautiful yard to enjoy the pool. Walkable to river, ocean and grocery. Comfy beds-we had to add the mattress pad to the twin beds for adult comfort. We enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen table at night. Good communication with host too!
