This 5th floor, oceanfront condo boasts sophisticated décor while still providing a relaxing getaway. Escape reality in this spacious condo with over 2000 square feet of living space and unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean and intercostal waterways.

Each room in this beautiful unit is tastefully adorned with furniture, televisions, linens and decorations. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, TV, and private balcony access. The primary also includes a desk and ergonomic office chair overlooking the ocean. Imagine catching up with email with a few like that! The ensuite primary bathroom offers an over sized walk-in shower, double vanity and an oval garden tub. The primary bathroom is designed with accessability in mind as the shower contains both a low ledge as well as a hand-held, adjustable shower head.

The first guest bedroom boasts an ocean view, king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite guest bathroom holds a low-ledge walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom contains a full bed as well as a twin bed with an adjacent bathroom. This guest bathroom contains a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable furnishings. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen completed by a dishwasher. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
