'zeer ruim modern ingedeelde kamers die voorzien zijn van alle gemakken, grote kasten en overige opberg mogelijkheden. Ruime inloop douche en apart toilet. Mooi zwembad met voldoende parasols en ligbedden, en handdoekservice. Tevens shuttlebus naar het strand. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen rond het hotel. Vele restaurants op loopafstand. Checkin zou wel wat sneller kunnen.'

'Prima hotel met veel voorzieningen aan een mooi en rustig strand. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Aan de kamers kun je wel zien dat het hotel al meer dan 50 jaar oud is.'

'We have stayed at the Barceló 4-5 times. The staff are amazing and the food has improved tremendously since post Pandemic. I will say my husband and I are highly disappointed that the Barcelo no longer maintains the water features for the iguanas next to the buffet due to an ignorant guest that decided to hand feed an iguana, supposedly was bitten and then said they were going to sue the Barcelo. I truly believe the Barcelo should be supportive of the iguanas since they are native to Aruba and...

'We had a good view of the beach and pool area. The only problem was that they were working on the pavers around the pool area. We would hear the construction noises in the mornings. We were charged a daily resort fee which we did not expect. I feel that Expedia should have included that in the cost of the trip. The staff was courteous always willing to help. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and family. '
